Please contact us within 7 working days for the faulty and damaged on arrival products to organize an exchange or full refund.
You are more than welcome to exchange items in store. You also can return your online order via post to the address listed below. Please note- costs for return postage is at the customers expense. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase.
